:::Meals Included!
*Included* in your registration fee, the following meals will be provided. A menu of the planned meals will be sent to you as the date draws closer. All meals, usually buffet style, will have a Vegetarian option and we'll do our best to accomodate any special dietary needs you may have if you advise us as soon as possible.

Thursday Dinner
Friday Breakfast, Lunch and Snacks
Saturday Breakfast and Boxed Lunch

Thursday dinner and evening is on your own. It is likely there will be several groups going out to eat. You can join one of them or stay in and make the night your own. There are many dining choices near the hotel ranging from fast food to fancy dining. There's also popcorn at the major movie megaplexes near the hotel.

:::Dress Code
Dress code is casual. It will be very pleasant in February in Arizona. Average daytime temperature is 71F/21.5C. Please be respectful of others by dressing in a manner that does not distract from the learning environment. Costumes are not a good choice for this event. As a courtesy to all in this small group, please do not wear colognes and perfumes.

Also be ready, clothing wise, for our meeting rooms to run through a variety of temperatures from warm to cold. They are never the right temperature for everyone.

:::Smoking
The hotel is a non-smoking facility as are most public buildings in Arizona. There are designated smoking areas outside the meeting space.
